Saving at Target With the Cartwheel App

I am a big fan of Target, and typically find myself there a few times a week picking up everyday essentials and groceries. That is why I decided to give their Cartwheel app a try. It is an entirely free app that is available for both iOS and Android devices. When you first download it you have to create a Target account to login if you don't have one already. You are also given the option to connect via Facebook or Google, but I felt those options were too intrusive for me personally.
